1. By using animweb.cc you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. animweb is a online SaaS created by hk27xing Individual.
2. This document constitutes the terms of service between end-users of the animweb.cc website. 'animweb' is used to refer to the animweb.cc AI website and its provided service(s) for the remainder of this document.
3. These terms must be adhered to by all users of the animweb image generation and posting service and are agreed upon during account creation.
4. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use animweb's image generation or posting service , and you must delete your account if you have already made one.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. animweb cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. That includes content posted by others who either: (a) have access to your login credentials; or (b) have their own logins under your account.
3. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
1. Some functionalities of the Service may require payment.
2. You may choose between one time-payment or monthly subscriptions. The prices and differences between subscription plans are described on our webpage
3. For upgrades or downgrades in plan level, the new rate starts from the next billing cycle. When you upgrade in the middle of monthly subscription you will be charged proportionally to the time left to the end of current subscription term.
4. Prices for the Service do include VAT and all applicable local taxes.
5. All payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway. animweb is not responsible for the processing of Client's payment and shall not be liable for any matter in connection therewith. Paid fees are non-refundable.
6. If the Agreement or a Paid Plan or a Server Plan is terminated or varied during a certain billing period, the User shall not be entitled to any refund concerning that billing period. In addition, payments made for the future billing periods will not be refunded unless the Parties explicitly agree otherwise.
7. You understand that cessation of use of the Service will not entitle you to any refund. If you do not use the Service, you need to cancel the subscription to any Paid Plan or have any further problems about refunding, you can contact us at:[email protected].
1. Account purchases and subscriptions award the subscribing or purchasing user with animweb credits ("Credits"), a type of virtual credit, and enables a range of premium functionalities ("Membership Services") that are provided only to purchasing users who have an active subscription to animweb.
2. Credits may only be used for the purpose of generating images on animweb.
3. Credits are not redeemable for cash or for any other goods or services.
4. Credits may not be given to any other user.

THE ANIMWEB SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND THE USE THEREOF IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE MAKE NO, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
A. ANIMWEB (OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE THEREOF) WILL BE TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED;
B. ANIMWEB MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
C. THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN ANIMWEB OR ON OUR WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY RESOURCES LINKED TO ANIMWEB OUR WEBSITE.
D. ANY ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS ON ANIMWEB'S WEBSITE OR APP WILL BE CORRECTED.
